We are a real estate company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya under the companies Act cap 486 laws of Kenya.Our offices are located within Nairobi and Thika Counties. Since its inception the company has invested and carried out the business of buying large tracks of land, subdividing them into smaller, manageable and affordable sizes for sale and subsequent development.
We encourage controlled development and sell the plots at relative affordable prices to encourage more people to own land.
The company has undertaken five successful projects within Mavoko Municipality of the larger Nairobi Metropolitan region. These have been successfully sold and title deeds processed and delivered to the purchasers.
Upon completion of payment, we process title deeds for our esteemed clients and present the title to them within duration of 3 weeks.
